The Marvel Cinematic Universe celebrated its first 10 years of life this week, which means that we have a decade of amazing Marvel moments to contemplate. From Iron Man (2008) to Avengers: Infinity War , we remember some of the best sequences of the 10 years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
A warning of spoilers : we have left any mention of Infinity War in a certain degree of vagueness, but if you have not seen it yet and wish to remain totally dark about its plot, you may have to read this note once you have seen it.
From heroic actions to hilarious situations and moving moments, the 19 films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have given us many memorable occasions. We have selected our favorite sequences of each film, but which one will occupy the place of honor in this list? Read our countdown below:
The first film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) was Iron Man , launched on May 2, 2008 in the United States. Iron Man set the tone for the MCU with its combination of action across the screen, cutting-edge effects and lots of humor, anchored in the perfect interpretation made by Robert Downey Jr.
Each film since then has added pieces and has been raised on those bases imposed by Iron Man , introducing new characters from the pages of the Marvel comics for the public to fall in love.
These intermingled stories led to the apocalyptic train clash that represents Infinity War , which brings together more than 70 characters from different previous MCU titles. For long-time fans, the destinations of these
characters resonate and matter because we have followed them for so many years.
Of course, with so many moments to choose from, it was difficult to select just one from each movie. Would you make room on the list for Tony Stark to reveal his secret identity or Steve Rogers preventing a helicopter from taking off?
