Hong Kong tycoon Li Ka-shing on Thursday officially retired from his business empire and stepped down as chairman of CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd. and CK Asset Holdings Ltd.
Li announced his retirement on March 16, and will be succeeded by his oldest son Victor Li Tzar Kuoi.
